Living Stress free Life
Stress is what robs us of the normal radiant active life we suppose to be enjoying daily. It usually starts up gradually and then builds up. At times the victims don't notice the effect until it is well developed. I will share with you eight measures you can employ to live a stress free life.
- You should deliberately set aside a resting period daily and be disciplined about it.
- Engage in regular physical exercise. For instance, brisk walking could be very profitable in stress management.

- Ensure you spent quality time enjoying your family: by sharing household duties, among every member of the household, stress is eliminated.
